Contract Information

A contract is a legal, written agreement between DHHS and a contractor to deliver services for a specified period of time.

When you visit a search page you will find that they are arranged to provide a common layout to make it an easier transition between each search area.


The top of the search page provides a brief description of the type of information you are searching through.


To the left of the page you will find the Search Block. This block contains tools to assist you in searching for information.


The top of the search block has Common Searches. These search items are a link that you can click on and a list of items that are related to the common search phrases will appear in the search results list.


Below the common searches you see keywords. To search through keywords, enter any combination of words you would like to search for and click the search button beside the keywords textbox. A list of results based on your keywords entry will appear in the search results list and your search words will be highlighted.


Below the keywords search you see Entity/Provider. To search through the entities or providers that render the services for DHHS, enter a name you are looking for and click the search button beside the Entity/Provider textbox. A list of results based on your Entity/Provider entry will appear in the search results list.


Below the Entity/Provider name search you see Division. This is a list that shows you the divisions within DHHS. When viewing the list when you click on a Division name, you will be returned to the Contracts search area and list of all contracts related to the Division you clicked on will appear in the results area.
